Functional Flow is a 60-minute small-group training experience that blends strength, mobility, and mindful movement. Each session integrates functional fitness, breathwork, and intentional flow to help you move better, feel stronger, and restore balance to your body. Train with intention. Move with flow.
I’m Cierra Bloom, Lead Movement Specialist & Wellness Coach, and the creator of Bloom Well: Holistic Tweakology Coaching. My journey started in collegiate athletics as an Athletic Trainer, progressed through boutique personal training, and evolved into guiding clients online and virtually—helping them transform their bodies, minds, and lives through intentional, sustainable wellness.
I hold a Master’s in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, with additional specialization in corrective exercise and multidimensional movement coaching. My approach blends 3D functional movement, customized training, mindfulness practices, and individualized lifestyle habits, all tailored to help each client reach their unique goals.
Through Holistic Tweakology, I focus on small, actionable tweaks that build strong foundations for movement, energy, and balance—reducing pain, boosting vitality, and creating sustainable habits that last a lifetime. Whether you’re seeking virtual coaching or exploring local in-person options, my mission is to help you move from limitation to empowerment, in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
