If you do not have time for a warm up, perform your first set of a circuit at body weight to increase your heart rate, bring blood flow to your muscles and loosen up your body. Add weights to the second set. You will need access to dumbbells and a mini band. If you need supplemental body weight workouts, reach out and we can provide you a discount code for a supplemental program for days that you do not have access to a gym or equipment.

  • Basic Nutrition Package Add On

    Nutrition and fitness go hand in hand. I always say food is fuel, and adding this full nutrition package to your fitness program will allow you to properly fuel your workouts. We start with a consultation of what food you like and what food you are allergic to and do not like to eat. I do not believe in restrictive diets, I believe in flexibility, balance, and enjoying food, not feeling guilty. We will go over your total daily energy needs, your health and fitness goals and come up with a game plan to fit you. We can choose different meals a day, swap them out, and even break it down into 3 meals and 2 snacks or 4 small meals a day - nutrition in personal to you and how you like to eat! 3 days of meals will be loaded and I am working on building a full library of food for you to choose from. It is time to eliminate the guilt and shame associated with nutrition and start living your life without worrying about what is off limits.
