    Are you ready to tackle your fitness goals long term? This program combines The Launch Pad and a Stronger Me as well as on-demand classes. The first 6 weeks gets your body moving gradually. These workouts only require access to dumbbells, kettlebells and a band. Modify as necessary - message me if you require any help. This program is great for all fitness levels. It can be progressed and regressed to any level, helps you track your workout intensity, and comes with program resets if something comes up (like illness or injury). After the first 6 weeks, we gradually progress 2 weeks at a time in order to gradually improve your tolerance for activity, endurance, and muscle strength. You will need access to dumbbells/kettlebells and bands. Each workout will range from 40-60 minutes in length with a separate warm up.     It is time to level up your training program! This is a step up from my jumpstart bootcamp. You will need access to dumbbells/kettlebells and bands. Each workout will range from 40-60 minutes in length with a separate warm up. This program moves in 2 week increments in order to gradually improve your tolerance for activity, endurance, and muscle recruitment. This program also comes with 4 fitness class credits (2 x 15 minute class, 2 x 30 minute class) to give you variety in your training program. This program also comes with resets in the cases of illness, schedule changes, and injury without charge. Life happens! I am here to help you along your journey.

    Are you just starting out and want to ease into your journey? Then this is the program for you. We will start with 2 workouts a week with a time limit of 15 minutes. This is the perfect program to start at home with minimal equipment required. There will be walking, stretching, and positive habits mixed in to help you on your journey. This program will start the day of purchase and exercises will start on day 2 in case you sign up at night, but feel free to move it to day 1. Once you complete Growth in progress, you are ready for the next step and I will be here to help you pick the best one for you and your goals.

  • Personalized Nutrition Plan with Meals Prep and Recipes

    Nutrition and fitness go hand in hand - like I always say, food is fuel. Adding this full nutrition package to your fitness program will allow you to properly fuel your workouts, see results faster and prevent burning out. We start with a consultation so I can get to know you. I will want to know what food you like, what food you are allergic to, what you hate, and what you CANNOT live without. I do not believe in restrictive diets, I believe in flexibility, balance, and enjoying food, not feeling guilty. We will go over your total daily energy needs, your health and fitness goals and come up with a game plan to fit you. We can choose different meals a day, swap them out, and even break it down into 3 meals and 2 snacks or 4 small meals a day - nutrition in personal to you and how you like to eat! Your program will be loaded into your app and I am you will get additional support from me in case you need more help - this include grocery planning lists, goal setting, and other foods that you might like based on what you like to eat. It is time to eliminate the guilt and shame associated with nutrition and start living your life without worrying about what is off limits.

I am a health and fitness professional with 13+ years of experience, working as a personal trainer, college strength, and listening to physical therapist assistant (AAS), fitness, instructor, and spin instructor. I have my BS in Health Sciences, hundreds of hours in continuing education ranging from: A.R.T., IASTM, Kinesiotape, endurance athletes rehab, build a better runner, injured on the job, rehabbing the young athlete, and pelvic floor strength in females athletes, and so much more! I specialize in return to sport safely after injury.
