Mica is a certified nutritionist, with almost a decade of experience in helping clients make positive choices in order to transform their lives. By making small, yet dynamic, changes her clients have reinvented themselves, gaining more energy, more confidence, and have developed lasting and better relationships with food. She is also a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners - closely following their code of ethics, especially noting to "practice the healing power of “drugless” methodologies". It is her goal to ensure all of her clients become better versions on themselves, one step at a time.
Jay is dedicated to his craft - studying, training, and cultivating his fighting skills for two decades. He has drawn inspiration from a wide variety of fighting styles, each of which has resonated in a different way for him at different times of his life. This culmination can be seen in the training program he has created - Ladies Fight Club, which touches on 3 major keystones for women: physical fitness, self-defense literacy, and camaraderie. His workout programs incorporate these keystones throughout, in tough-love, power-packed high intensity training sessions.
