This is a program designed to work with individual athletes to help improve sports performance. Focus is on injury prevention, Increase Speed, Strength and Power and to help maintain flexibility and mobility. The program is monitored thru our App on the athletes phone and/or laptop. Workouts along with exercise video demonstration are provided for the athlete as well as for the online coach to provide direction and tracking of appropriate progress of the athletes program.
