This is for an athlete that has at least 6 months to a year of Strength Training experience in a gym or Strength and Conditioning Facility. This Strength and Power program is a 12 week, 3 day lifting program with advanced exercise progressions from our Intermediate Strength and Power Program and instructional videos teaching correct lifting techniques for the athlete to perform at gym or Strength and Conditioning Facility.
