From as young as 10 I have been interested in fitness, from joining in with my mum working out to her Jane Fonda DVD's, to playing sports at school.
I started with Yoga and Pilates at 17years old, and my curiosity for the human body grew...In 2009 I started weight training to build my confidence, as I've always been the super shy girl.
Weight Training has done more than just strengthen my bones and muscles and sculpted my body, it has strengthened my mind and empowered my soul.
This is more than just an occupation, this is a vocation.
