Welcome to the Ashthetics 10 week challenge. We have 10 weeks to achieve the best result towards your goals. In taking this challenge, you have to give me everything you have! I will tailor your nutrition plan around you and your food likes (within reason of course) and daily routine. Within the app, you can connect your apple watch or fitbit along with your myfitness pal so i can see EVERYTHING you do. By tracking everything, we can make sure we get as close to your goal within the 10 weeks as possible. I will also tailor your program around your neurotype. What's does this mean? There are forms of training that will be best suited to you and your personality. The little things like how you shake a hand too how you are in a social situation will give me a good idea on how to program your ideal plan. If you do take this on, then I need you to give me 100%.
