For as long as I can remember I have had a passion for health and fitness, to the point where I wanted to learn all I could, make a career out of it and help as many people as I can long the way.
I have been through many health problems and recovered from multiple injuries which i have learnt a lot from. With everything that i have learnt from my years of sports and fitness i have decided to share my knowledge.
I have had the opportunity to compete in body building, learn how to train like a power lifter and olympic lifter while also learning sport specific training and doing CrossFit.
Whether your goal is weight loss, strength or muscle building, I have the knowledge and resources at my disposal to get you to your goals.
