Looking to tone up or PR your lifts? This 12 week mesocycle will get you right! We focus on the fundamental lifts such as squat, bench and deadlift. You will also have supplemental lifts such ass biceps, triceps, abdominals, stabilizers, etc. Your workout week will be broken up with mainly 2 upperbody focused days and 2 lowerbody focused days.
