Hi, I’m Leon Xu—a dedicated personal trainer committed to empowering clients with sustainable, science-backed fitness solutions. My journey began at a young age, inspired by Bruce Lee’s timeless advice to “be water, my friend.” I started with simple bodyweight exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, and calisthenics, igniting a passion for movement that led me to the gym.
Certified as an NSCA-CPT and NSCA-CSCS professional since 2021, I specialize in weight loss and strength & conditioning, focusing on long-term progress over quick fixes. I believe that “slow and steady wins the race” through consistent, gradual improvements and personalized training programs.
What sets me apart is my interdisciplinary background. With three master’s degrees in different majors, I bring a unique perspective that connects diverse ideas to craft training strategies for both your body and lifestyle.
