With a degree in biology, I was always interested in how the body functions, and how we can use it to our best advantage. I use science-backed approaches and mobility techniques to help you get to where you need to be.
I began my fitness journey when I was 16, with no help, thinking that the only way to lose weight was massive amounts of cardio and starvation. It doesn’t have to be like that. I’ll help you get to your goals in a stimulating way, while still eating your favourite foods (yes you can eat donuts) :)
