If you're totally new to strength focused training this is a great program to master the foundational movement patterns and start building strength and confidence in the comfort of your own home. It's best to have some light and medium weight dumbbells in the 5-20lb range for upper body and one or two in the 20-50lb range for lower body depending on your fitness level.
