About Amparo

My name is Amparo and I am originally from Salamanca, Spain. I live in Zürich since 2014. My heart is all about sports and inspiring people to join a healthy and active life. I believe in balance and in the now. If you were to ask my family and nearest friends to describe me, this is what they would say: passionate, target-oriented and energizing.

I am in love with fitness and nutrition, and want to share my knowledge and passion with as many people as possible, helping them to achieve sustainable positive changes to their lifestyle.

Apart from my personal trainer, nutrition coach and bootcamp trainer certifications, I am also a prenatal and postnatal fitness specialist. With this special certification, my goal is to help as many women as possible to stay fit and strong during pregnancy and to regain their fitness, strength and confindence after giving birth!
