I am Ashley-Lisa Koziol, the proud owner and founder of Allure-Training, where I serve as the head coach, dedicated to transforming lives and empowering others to achieve their goals through sustainable, healthy lifestyle changes. My specialties include body recomposition, weight loss, marathon and obstacle course race training and FMG competition preparation.

My fitness journey began as a young runner, where I was the fastest girl in my grade during elementary school. From there, my athletic background expanded to include track, cross country, swimming, competitive cheerleading, softball, kickboxing, MMA and earning a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. I also worked as a lifeguard throughout high school and college.

After college, I pursued a career as a Senior Accountant and am now a partner at EDG Accounting & Finance Consulting Firm.

Over the years, I’ve competed in more than 30 obstacle course races, including the prestigious Spartan Beast — a grueling 30-mile obstacle course through mountainous terrain. I was also invited to compete in the North American Championship in 2019.

When the pandemic hit, I pivoted to bodybuilding, entering my first competition and earning 2nd place. Fueled by this achievement, I committed to further training and claimed 1st place in my next show, earning the title of PRO Bikini Fitness Model. It was through this journey that I discovered my true passion for helping others unlock their potential.

Today, I strive to guide clients toward achieving their fitness goals and experiencing life-changing progress. Sharing this transformation journey and lifestyle with people worldwide is my ultimate purpose and joy.
