Aesthetic ABCs is a beginner-friendly program designed to teach proper form, build foundational strength, and create consistent training habits. The focus is on simple movement patterns, controlled reps, and predictable weekly structure that helps new lifters feel confident and capable. Phase I builds the basics with higher-rep full-body training and slower tempo work. Phase II increases challenge with deeper ranges, stronger contractions, and slightly higher demands on conditioning. Every movement has a purpose, and progression stays approachable throughout the full 8 weeks.
Aesthetic @Home is a simple, structured training system built for anyone who wants an effective strength program without full gym access. Using only bands, bodyweight, and a suspension anchor, each session blends controlled strength work with conditioning-based supersets that build stability, endurance, and confidence at home. The program runs for 8 weeks across two phases. Phase I develops clean movement patterns and joint control. Phase II increases intensity with deeper ranges, higher rep targets, and more demanding supersets. Everything stays accessible while still pushing meaningful progress.
Aesthetic Shred is a structured 16-week training program designed to build strength, improve work capacity, and tighten overall conditioning without relying on long, high-intensity circuits. Each session blends targeted strength work with controlled conditioning, helping you push hard while maintaining clean technique. The program is divided into four progressive phases. Pre-Phase establishes movement quality and work tolerance. Phase I reinforces strength patterns with moderate volume. Phase II increases loading and introduces higher-intensity finishers. Phase III refines technique under fatigue with more demanding conditioning blocks. Across all phases, the goal stays the same: get stronger, move well, and develop a balanced training foundation.
Aesthetic Build is a complete 16-week strength and muscle-building program built around structured progression and simple, effective training days. The goal is clear: improve technique, get stronger across major movement patterns, and build lean muscle with consistent, repeatable training. Each phase builds on the last. Phase I reinforces clean mechanics and controlled tempo. Phase II increases load and introduces more targeted accessory work. Phase III adds heavier intensities and more demanding unilateral patterns. Phase IV brings everything together with stricter tempo, heavier top sets, and focused hypertrophy volume.
