About Ethan

Hey I'm Ethan,
I’ve grown up in a very competitive family as the youngest of four brothers, which meant I was always pushing myself to keep up. From the age of 7–8, I found AFL and instantly fell in love with fitness. From playing rep footy to trying out for state footy, sports and training have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember.

That love for performance naturally carried over into the gym. I learned early on that strength and fitness weren’t just about looking good, they were about building confidence, resilience, and the ability to show up at your best in every part of life.

Now as a dad, I understand the struggles that come with balancing family, work, and health. I’ve lived through the late nights, the fatigue, and the feeling that there’s never enough time to look after yourself. That’s why I built my coaching around busy dads, short, effective training that gets results, habits that stick, and a structured plan that takes the guesswork out of it.

Over the years, I’ve helped men drop body fat, build strength, increase their energy, and regain their confidence, not just in the gym, but in their lives. Nothing excites me more than seeing a dad go from running on fumes to becoming the strong, energetic leader his family deserves.
