I started learning to truly appreciate the body God had given me at the age of 15 when my Uncle lost his legs due to health reasons. My appreciation of movement and fitness caused me to learn all that I could about exercise and health. As I got older I realized that movement hygiene and being functional was more important than having huge muscles. As a certified Movement Specialist and Personal trainer, my number one goal is to help you safely learn how to move better and improve your functional health. And if you want BIG muscles I can help you get those too!

Yo empecé a aprender a apreciar verdaderamente el cuerpo que Dios me había dado a la edad de 15 años cuando mi tío perdió las piernas por razones de salud. Mi apreciación por el movimiento y la forma física me llevó a aprender todo lo que pude sobre el ejercicio y la salud. A medida que fui creciendo, me di cuenta de que la higiene (el cuidado) de los movimientos y la funcionalidad eran más importantes que tener músculos enormes. Como especialista certificado en movimiento y entrenador personal, mi objetivo número uno es ayudarlo a aprender de manera segura cómo moverse mejor y mejorar su salud funcional. ¡Y si quieres músculos GRANDES, puedo ayudarte a conseguirlos también!
