I made the career shift to Personal Training because I want to help people who were in my boat. Who, whether through age, pregnancy, health issues, over-working, or just plain genetics don't feel confidant in the body they are in. To show people how to be a better version of themselves and that it is possible to love ALL of yourself.

Remember, this is journey. I'm still on it, I'm still setting new goals, and I still have set backs. I figured out along time ago that this is about who you become along the way. Either you will develop who you are and had been all along or you will grow into this awesome person that you created yourself.

At the end of the day, this is about you (and selfishly me to a point because who doesn't want a kick ass army of sexy people they created?). I'm here to pour out all the knowledge I possibly can for you and make it impossible for you NOT to see results IF you are willing to commit do everything I say!!!
