Each week you complete the week of workouts and track in your personalized dashboard. I will review your training results, make adjustments, and provide any additional recommendations. Additionally, if you submit videos of you completing exercises, I will analyze your form and offer recommendations for improvement. On top of that, I am always available for support via messages and email. The "Strength and Stamina Boost" is a six-week workout phase designed to push your physical limits, building not just power but also endurance. This phase is perfect for anyone looking to improve their overall fitness levels, with a specific focus on enhancing muscle strength and cardiovascular stamina. The first two weeks of this phase primarily focus on introducing compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses, which work multiple muscle groups simultaneously. These exercises are aimed at improving functional strength and muscle mass. In the third and fourth weeks, we introduce high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts to increase cardiovascular endurance and promote fat loss. These workouts will vary between sprinting, rowing, and circuit training to keep your body guessing and avoid hitting a plateau. The final two weeks combine strength training and HIIT in a unique way to maximize the benefits of both. You'll be performing supersets, combining a strength exercise with a short burst of cardio, ensuring your heart rate stays elevated throughout your workout.
