Hi, I am Dawn owner of 2D Fit in Fort Washington, MD. My mission is to EMPOWER ladies through fitness, health and wellness. I have been a gym rat for over 20 years. My husband gifted me a fitness studio unexpectedly and it has led me to many arts of fitness. I am excited to offer online training in addition to in person training.

I offer in person and online fitness/nutrition training, in person and online yoga/meditation. Plus I offer life coaching that will help you to develop routines and habits to get you going as well as help you achieve personal goals. Fun fitness bootcamps and group activities that inspire women empowerment are also available for you to join online and/or in person!
