This program is part of Inspire Wellness Consulting and will take you through Jodi's 6-step process for total health and wellness. It includes monthly one-on-one calls and all programs are 100% customized. It starts with the mind. You receive constant accountability, a free copy of Jodi's book, and worksheets/assignments to give you all the tools you need to live a lifestyle of total health and wellness. This program was designed to help you with changing your mindset, time management, learning to take care of yourself, learning about nutrition and ways you can fuel your body better, learning how to exercise properly (utilizing coaching and your customized workout program in the 2BEpicFN app), and making sure you have what it takes to be consistent past your program. You will also have the option to "opt-in" to one of our other programs after your 3 months of total wellness is completed. We look forward to serving you and are ready to work with you as a team to get you past your own limitations.
For bodybuilders and athletes: In this product, you will receive constant macronutrient updates for prep and post-show rebuild, customized workout programs with (2) changes/updates per month needed for travel or any other event that prevents you from being able to carry out the current plan. You will also receive two-way messaging inside the app. Optional add-ons include group coaching call participation (30 minute live calls with question/answer sessions) and monthly one-on-one coaching calls (each call is one hour). If you would like to add these options to your program for an additional charge, please let me know.
This will include Nutrition OR Workout Programming. Workout Plans: You will receive a PERSONALIZED workout plan in your 2BEpicFN, LLC Trainerize account once your consultation has been conducted. We ask that you agree to provide continuous feedback if there is anything you do not understand or have questions about. Adjustments are made as needed (up to 2 changes in your plan per month). With our app, we know when and if you miss a workout, when you check in for a workout, and when you complete your workout. You can also message us right inside the app. All exercises are accompanied by hand-picked how-to videos so you are not having to play the guessing game inside the weight room. If in person training is requested, that may be arranged on a very limited, selective basis for a separate charge (charge/location is determined by your coach). Nutrition Plans: Our Flexible Eating Plans are built using specific calculations tailored to certain individual characteristics and goals. These are customized plans and require you to track your foods and allow us to hold you accountable during your journey. We teach you what types of foods are more beneficial and we also teach you the importance of sugar intake/fiber, and other micronutrients people tend to forget about. Most clients use an app called My Fitness Pal; however, the tracking app you use is ultimately up to you. We just need to be able to access your food diary to ensure you are reaching your intake goals on a regular basis. This is not easy and takes work and patience on your part. Remember this is NOT a diet! This is a lifestyle change. You will NOT change overnight. It will take time, patience, and hard work.
