This program offers customized strength training workouts, exercise programming, technique coaching, and progress tracking to help clients build muscle, improve strength, and enhance overall fitness. Serious inquiries only. Includes (1) video or in-person sessions per week (if in-person, the client must come to the coach's location or pay extra for the time it takes to travel). This is for those who desire to learn how to get stronger but aren't ready to dive into nutrition coaching yet—customized for any level. Programming focuses on reducing the risk of injury and increasing overall bone density and joint stabilization. The recommended duration of the program is 3-12 months. You will have everything needed to keep going and access longevity programming through the 1st Phorm app once you feel comfortable being more on your own.
This is for a one-on-one training session with the founder of 2BEpic Fitness and Nutrition, LLC, Jodi Watkins (after the initial assessment is completed - Included in programming). Jodi has been a certified personal trainer since 2013 and helps in mindset development, time management, and self-care. She is also a certified nutrition coach who helps with habit change and wellness. She can accommodate the in-person coaching programs for anyone within 15 miles of Atlantic Beach, Jacksonville, FL. This includes mobile training and may involve a gym, facility, or home/office meetup. These sessions must be scheduled at least (1) week in advance and are pre-paid (a commitment discount applies to multiple session purchases). If a cancellation is needed, the client must give 24 hours notice (emergency cancellations may be made on a case-to-case basis). They are at the coach's discretion. Any breach of this agreement will forfeit the session without a refund. A complete training session charge will be applied if the assessment attendee is a no-show. Please ensure you are on time and ready to go when we meet.
