    The amplify program is for intermediate-advanced lifters with at least a year of experience in the gym who are looking to take their training to the next level and push past plateaus. The initial program is 12 weeks long and divided into 4 week blocks. Each block has a different emphasis, with block one focusing on neurologic/strength adaptations, block two on hypertrophy, and block three on metabolic adaptations. Each week the workouts become progressively more challenging, as RIR decrease and additional intensity techniques are added. This program heavily emphasizes tempo to improve technique, recoverability, and of course ~gains~.     The foundations program is designed for beginner to intermediate lifters who are just getting started in the gym or simply looking for a bit more direction and plan to follow. The program is broken up into training blocks, each 4 weeks long. Each block focuses on the development of new skills that will carry over into the next. The first block focuses on basic movement patterns that will be used repeatedly in the gym. The second and third blocks introduce a few more technically challenging exercises along with varying tempo. The goal of this program is to take the guesswork out of training while developing confidence, strength, muscle, and endurance.
