With this being said everything is calculated to the calorie, so be sure to stay disciplined!

COURT-READY LEVEL 2 builds off the foundation set in Level 1, introducing advanced drills to increase intensity, volume, and movement precision. This program simulates real game scenarios through reactive drills, explosive movements, and max-effort speed under fatigue. Every workout is designed to sharpen your mental focus, refine movement under pressure, and condition your body for controlled chaos. With intensity layered into each drill, this level pushes you to compete with precision and power when it matters most. Athletes are expected to move with purpose, execute each drill exactly as programmed, and bring a game-day mindset to every session. A training partner or coach’s cues are key for full effectiveness. We will spend about an hour, once a week, going over film, technique, and things to improve your running style and strength. These meetings will be virtual, we can use FaceTime or zoom for meetings
