"Macro” is short for macronutrient. What's a macronutrient? They're the three categories of nutrients you eat the most and provide you with most of your energy: protein, carbohydrates and fats. So when you're counting your macros, you're counting the grams of proteins, carbs or fat that you're consuming. With this being said everything is calculated to the calorie, so be sure to stay disciplined!

This is not a pre-made program. These are based on your initial consultation, goal-setting session, and health. That being said, please give a two day grace period to give your trainer time to design your own custom fitness and wellness program!
A moderate repetition scheme with moderate loads (from 8 to 12 repetitions per set with 60% to 80% of 1RM) optimizes hypertrophic gains. A high repetition scheme with light loads (15+ repetitions per set with loads below 60% of 1RM) optimizes local muscular endurance improvements.

Strength and Conditioning
This program is built specifically to improve the athletes squash ability and their fitness. There will be 3 different phases Strengthening Phase, Muscle Endurance Phase, and also Hypertrophy Phase. There will also be focus on trunk rotation and also core strength.
