This is a two x two week blocks (4 weeks total) workout plan that can be done AT HOME. The first two weeks are all bodyweight and the second two weeks includes the use of a simple at-home and inexpensive resistance band set. This program is delivered via to the easy-to-use app. The app has video tutorials inside every workout to instruct you on every exercise. It also allows you to record and track everything including your nutrition, your weight, and track your performance and compliance. You will also have direct two-way messaging to access coaching from Coach Kristin along the way.

This program provides one on one nutrition counseling based on your personalized goals. This includes customized nutrition goals and strategies based on experience level and lifestyle. This is not a cookbook or recipe planner. This is personalized coaching to help assist you in creating behaviors, habits and strategies to help match your nutrition to your health, body and/or performance goals. Includes assessments of baseline caloric expenditure, calorie/macronutrient goals and portion/food selection advice on a continual basis. Experience working with vegan and vegetarian clients. Online remote delivery and accountability via the app with phone consultations as needed. Does not include workout planning.
Custom nutrition plan includes a set-up phone consultation, full nutrition plan, BMR evaluation, Weekly exercise goals, daily calorie and macronutrient guidelines, & food portion recommendations.
