This is a two x two week blocks (4 weeks total) workout plan that can be done AT HOME. The first two weeks are all bodyweight and the second two weeks includes the use of a simple at-home and inexpensive resistance band set. This program is delivered via to the easy-to-use app. The app has video tutorials inside every workout to instruct you on every exercise. It also allows you to record and track everything including your nutrition, your weight, and track your performance and compliance.
