The 90 Summer Shred program includes comprehensive daily fitness training, personalized nutrition plan and meal planning in addition to habit & lifestyle coaching supported by weekly coaching check ins to continue progressing.
My passion for learning and advancement is rooted in progressive skill development with a martial artists mindset. Coaching people of all fitness levels. Drawing from years of trial and measurement, my expertise is combining a targeted nutrition plan with a movement-based training routine for peak performance and optimal recovery. I look for opportunities to advise people on a variety of health and fitness topics, such as body composition optimization, athletic power and restorative movement. I value engaging each individual's unique goal and developing a plan to achieve it. I am a musician and an avid reader and researcher of all fitness and nutrition topics.
