In this 14 Day Beginners Training Program you will begin to build a training routine. You will receive a sample of the programs that I offer to my clients. This program can be completed in a gym or in your own home. It begins with a 7 day "warm-up" where you prepare for two weeks of scheduled exercises. During this 14 day period you have access to my training app and many of the same features I offer to my clients.
This program will help you create a body that looks, feels and performs to the best of its abilities. We will begin by identifying your muscular strengths and weaknesses, movement pattern dysfunctions and addressing your aches, pains and anything else that is getting in the way of your success. With this information we can combine a strength , cardio and flexibility program that will help you increase your strength, cardio endurance, mobility, flexibility and balance. We then create a maintenance plan that you can easily commit to keeping you fit and moving for the rest of your life.
Take control of your diet without giving up all of the foods you currently love. This program will help you improve your metabolism so that you are able to utilize all of the nutrients in the foods you are eating, increase your energy, improve your immune system, look and feel amazing and nourish all of the cells in your body to help you live a longer and healthier life. We begin by looking at what is currently working and not working in your diet, repair your metabolism, balance your hormones and restore your health and wellness. We then can begin to take controlled actions to improve your diet, increase fat loss and maximize muscle gain. This phase will help you look and feel your best while creating the best version of yourself. In the last phase we develop a maintenance plan that you can easily commit to for the rest of your life so that you will never have to "diet" again.
This program will help you create a Total Transformation. By combining all of the elements of the Fitness Transformation Program and Nutrition Transformation Program, you will be given all of the tools you need to look and feel your best.
