As a woman in her 50s who has been on this journey for 30 years, I understand the challenges you face. Whether you're in your 40s or 50s, I’ve been there and I know exactly what you're going through. I’ve had the privilege of working with amazing women in their 60s, 70s, and beyond, helping them navigate those unique challenges too.
I know what it’s like to juggle it all – I was a single mom with two boys that kept me on my toes, while building my career, finishing my degree, and commuting three hours round trip. I leaned on others to guide my workouts back then because I didn’t have the knowledge I have today. Now, as a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and health & wellness coach, I’ve combined those decades of experience with education to fully support you. I’ve been through grief, trauma, and times when it felt like I had nothing left – but it’s my faith, my commitment to moving my body, and my belief in self-care that have kept me thriving. I’ve helped countless women just like you, who are busy, stressed, and feel guilty taking time for themselves. I’m here to tell you that you can break through, and that prioritizing you will transform everything else.
With five years as a professional and a lifetime of experience, my mission is to guide women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s—whether your goal is to lose fat, get strong, build muscle, maintain your independence as you age, or simply feel your best—to achieve those goals and feel alive again.
