I’m Coach Arprentiss, Women’s Fitness Trainer and Health & Wellness Coach, and the founder of Vibrant Body Fitness. I help women over 40 lose fat, build strength, and create a healthier relationship with food — without crash diets, endless cardio, or hours in the gym. I know the struggle personally. In my late twenties, I gained weight and cycled through every diet — losing and regaining the same pounds over and over. It wasn’t until I discovered a sustainable way to eat and move that fit my real life that everything changed. Now, I guide women just like you to do the same.
