About Nazz

Peace! I'm Nazz, an Egyptian-American CPT based in Washington, DC. I started my fitness journey in 2016 because I wanted to lose weight - but I had no clue that my journey would lead me to much more. Almost a decade later, and I've shifted from a weight-loss mentality to one that prioritizes overall health and wellness. To me, that means physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness to name a few. I started seriously strength training a couple years ago and now with my certification, want to help people unlock the confidence my trainer found in me.
