Summit - Basic Fully Personalised Coaching Service My basic coaching service is a fully personalised training plan but with slightly less accountability. Two monthly check-ins and no monthly video call but still giving you all you need to get the work done. Giving you guidance and support to improve your physical fitness before any adventure / expedition. Designed for someone who can stick to a plan without too much extra assistance. Payments - £100pm (through app) Duration - Minimum 3 months Features: - Initial video consultation to discuss goals and training - Access to the Trek & Climb Fitness app (easy to use) - Fully personalised workouts & weekly plan - Instant messaging service through the app for direct contact - Two monthly check-in forms to keep you accountable. - Full video exercise library to help with workouts - Workout calendar to plan your sessions
Summit - Standard Fully Personalised Coaching Service My standard online coaching is a fully personalised plan to get you fit and ready for your upcoming expedition / challenge. Access to more features and more facetime with myself to make sure you are on the right path. No need to stress out about your training as I've got you covered. I plan everything out and you go put in the work. Payments - £150pm / Discounted from £170! 7 Day Free Trial: Duration - 7 Days (will start on day of sign up) Cost - Free This a 7 day workout phase designed to help increase your cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength to help with your upcoming expedition or days out on the hills. There will be a mix of gym workouts, home workouts, stretch sessions and other activities to try over the 7 days. You can try each one but you don't have to complete them all if you don't have the time or resources (like a gym membership). The free trial is designed to give you an idea of what the Trek & Climb Fitness Training App is like and how my coaching works. Each workout is split up into different days but you can move them around and complete them in a different order if you wish. You will also receive a 7 Day Free Trial Guide to read through. This will give you more information on what's included within the free trial, what the workouts / activities are and how to use the app. This is a FREE trial so no payments will be required. At the end of the 7 days you will have the option to continue with various options like pre-built plans or personalised coaching.
My basic retainer package is designed for clients who have completed their goals but would still like to use the coaching app. Features are limited but you will still have access to your workouts, monthly changes can be made and you still message me. Trek & Climb Fitness was founded by Stuart Ritchie, a certified personal trainer and mountain climbing enthusiast, from Scotland. Stuart has always had a passion for the mountains, from living on the doorstep of the Scottish Highlands, trekking in the Andes to climbing in the Himalayas, he’s working his way around some of the world’s best climbs.
For every trip or expedition, whether it’s a Munro a few hours from home to travelling to the other side of the world to take on a big mountain, Stuart always ensures he is at peak fitness. Training has allowed Stuart to ensure his best chance of reaching the summit and getting back safely. Taking on a mountain is one of the most challenging endurances for anyone but getting into the best physical shape and preparing to endure some of the world’s most difficult landscapes will lead any climber toward success.
Following his own experiences, and passion for fitness, Stuart wants to support other mountaineers, trekkers and adventure seekers to get in shape and expedition ready through online 1-2-1 coaching.
