45 min Aquatic Therapy Intro Session. * For new Clients Only. Includes 30 min guided time in the water & 15 min integration.
A structured, supportive strength program for women 30+ who want to feel stronger, move better, and build consistency. What’s included: 2 in-person strength training classes each week An optional 3rd workout you can do at home, in the gym, or while traveling Monthly progressive programming that repeats week-to-week Personalized exercise modifications Workout + habit tracking in the EVOLVE app Group chat for support and accountability ** Note - This Mar/Apr session is running for 8 weeks. However the price has been pro-rated as I will be gone on Thurs. March 26th & Thurs. April 23rd.

Full coaching, instruction, and feedback during every session Every session is flexible and personalized — we can adjust the focus depending on your energy or needs. Strength, mobility, recovery, or stretching — whatever will help you make progress today. All guidance is delivered live — no app, homework, or check-ins required. Each session is fully immersive and hands-on. Best For: Clients who want longer, in-depth coaching sessions with hands/ eyes-on guidance.
