Katie is an Elite ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, and has 13 years of person training and group fitness experience. Other certifications Katie has include, ISSA Sports Nutrition Coach, NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Online Personal Trainer Certification, and she has also earned an Associates Degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotions.
*Being healthy, happy and self-disciplined is high on Katie's priority list. She has found that good nutrition and a consistent exercise plan helps improve the overall quality of life.
*Some of her fitness accomplishments include: completing 11 full marathons, she has fought MMA, holding a 3:2 record, she competed in 2 National Physic Competitions, she participated in sprint triathlons, has ran in the Grand Teton Relay and completed a Tough Mudder and 2 sprint Spartan races.
