  A 1-Hour Training Session with Master Trainer Joe. He will give you a full head-to-toe evaluation and by the end of your training session you will get great insight on where exactly you stand and what is required to elevate your level of fitness. Be ready to be sore and feel amazing!! 💪 Once you've signed up, someone will be calling you shortly to get your training session scheduled! FAQ: What will I need? - The device of your choice to train from (Desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone) -DUMBBELLS: We will go over what dumbbells will be needed during our phone call. *If you do not have dumbbells required at home please let us know when we call you and we can send you amazon links to get them ordered!
