The training includes lower-body strength work, squat progression, bodyweight conditioning, press-up challenges and optional burpee finishers, making it ideal for people who want a focused reset and are ready to be challenged in a supportive way. Alongside the training, you’ll receive realistic nutrition guidance, habit support and optional product-based nutrition support where appropriate, helping you stay on track without overcomplicating the process.   • Total Wellness Home Fitness Club

    A simple, flexible home fitness membership for people who want to feel fitter, stronger and more consistent without needing a gym. You’ll get access to daily workout options, pre-recorded classes, online class content, basic nutrition guidance and ongoing support to help you stay on track. Workouts can be done from home using bodyweight, dumbbells or basic equipment if you have it. You can follow at your own pace and choose the sessions that suit your current fitness level. Includes coaching support from Neil, with the option of up to two short video check-ins per month when you need extra guidance, accountability or help adjusting your plan. Included: Weekly workout plan On-demand class library Monthly progress check-in Nutrition guidance Coach support
