A structured 6-week home fitness and nutrition challenge designed to help you feel fitter, stronger, leaner and more confident — with enhanced 1:1 coaching support throughout. This programme combines progressive home workouts, simple nutrition guidance, accountability and personal check-ins to help you build consistency and create visible change. The training includes lower-body strength work, squat progression, bodyweight conditioning, press-up challenges and optional burpee finishers, making it ideal for people who want a focused reset and are ready to be challenged in a supportive way. Alongside the training, you’ll receive realistic nutrition guidance, habit support and optional product-based nutrition support where appropriate, helping you stay on track without overcomplicating the process. Your enhanced support includes: Initial 30-minute strategy call to review your goals, starting point, routine and plan Week 2 progress check-in to keep you on track and make any early adjustments Week 4 momentum check-in to review progress and strengthen your final push Final review and next-step plan to help you maintain your results and decide what comes next You’ll also receive light message support between check-ins for accountability and guidance. This is not a quick fix. It is a focused, supportive 6-week transformation challenge for people who want structure, motivation and a clear plan to follow from home.
A simple, flexible home fitness membership for people who want to feel fitter, stronger and more consistent without needing a gym. You’ll get access to daily workout options, pre-recorded classes, online class content, basic nutrition guidance and ongoing support to help you stay on track. Workouts can be done from home using bodyweight, dumbbells or basic equipment if you have it. You can follow at your own pace and choose the sessions that suit your current fitness level. Includes coaching support from Neil, with the option of up to two short video check-ins per month when you need extra guidance, accountability or help adjusting your plan.
