About Joelene

Hi, my name is Joelene and I'm passionate about educating people about health and fitness.

After having two children and slipping deep in post nasal depression, I found fitness helped me get out of it. Not only was it the feel good hormones that started flowing again, but it was something I was doing for myself. Which ultimately made me feel me again.


After receiving my Certificate IV in Fitness, I spent the next 9 years learning everything there is to know about Strength Training, Nutrition, and Fat Loss, and loved every minute of it! I have competed in obstacle races, body building and running races since.

In 2018, my husband and I created our own gym space that welcomes clients from all over the world as either residents or travelers. Moving my expertise to online, so I can reach more bad ass people that want to further their education and get plans that suit their lifestyle and goals.
