I am a qualified personal trainer, and strength and conditioning coach. Currently studying for a Bachelor of Science in Strength and Conditioning at Setanta College in Ireland. In addition to my work as a personal trainer and coach, I am also a fine art, commercial, and fashion photographer based in Dublin. I have a High National Degree in Fashion Design from the Dublin Institute of Design and a Professional Diploma in Project Management from UCD.
My philosophy
I offer online and in-person personal training and strength and conditioning coaching services to help clients reach their fitness goals. My coaching approach is based on scientific principles and includes video analysis to track movement patterns and identify areas for improvement. I work with clients to create individualized training programs tailored to their specific needs and goals.
