A little about me. I played football and ran track in high school and college. I spent 6 years in the Army National Guard. I've completed 5 half marathons, 3 powerlifting competitions, 7 combines, 1 Ragnar trail relay, and several 5k and 10k races. I'm also a budding cyclist who enjoys intermediate to long rides.
