About Hallie

My passion is to help people move better and feel better. I do this by coupling my academic background in Kinesiology (M.S. & B.S.) with hands on experience as an ACSM Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer, a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Licensed Massage Therapist. I understand that all parts of our lives are connected, so while working on improving mobility and strength and decreasing pain and tightness, we will also check in and adjust nutrition, sleep, stress management, social skills, and general wellbeing.
