For the next two weeks, you’ll follow a beginner-friendly full-body program (3 workouts per week) designed to tone your body, boost your energy, and help you learn proper movement. You’ll also complete a quick PAR-Q and health questionnaire so your training feels personalized and safe. This trial gives you full access to the app, progress tracking, habit coaching, and in-app messaging. It’s the perfect sneak peek into the Sweat Synergy training experience.
This phase provides guided coaching and progressive programming to help you establish strong movement patterns and sustainable habits.
