    This phase provides guided coaching and progressive programming to help you establish strong movement patterns and sustainable habits. Includes: Customized strength training program (gym & home options) 4 structured workouts per week Phase-based progression with tempo guidance App messaging support Progress tracking (body stats, photos, performance) Ongoing coaching adjustments as needed In-person or virtual training sessions (scheduled separately) This phase is intentionally set at a 3-month minimum to allow your body adequate time to adapt, progress, and build lasting strength. Post-Coaching Transition: Independent / Maintenance Phase After completing the coached phase, clients may choose to transition into an independent option.
