This is a 12 week program that is personalized to your goals and equipment. It includes macro coaching and ZOOM checks in every other week. We will be checking in via email on the weeks in between.

55 minute personal training session
The maintenance program is designed for clients who have completed a one on one program who feel confident on their own but would still like a little additional support and accountability. This program provides guidance, accountability, and structure—without the intensity of weekly coaching calls and gives you the personalized strategy you need to keep progressing, building strength, and optimizing your metabolism, while supporting your lifestyle in a sustainable, flexible way. What’s Included: ✔ Customized Strength Training Program Updated every 5 weeks ✔ Weekly Online Check-Ins to assess your progress, adjust macros, support your habits, and keep you accountable without overwhelming your time or energy. ✔ Monthly 1:1 Zoom Coaching Call One focused coaching session each month to review your results, refine your goals, and adjust your strategy for continued success. ✔ Macro Coaching + Nutrition Guidance and Personalized macro targets
This plan includes one monthly call to discuss your goals and progress, a personalized exercise program that is based on your individual goals. (The workouts will change every 4-6 weeks, depending on the program) On Fridays, you will receive a weekly check in form and feedback once I have reviewed your form and food log. Please get the check in form back to me by the following Monday.
