I’m Simon — founder of SMW Fitness & Health — and I coach real people who want to feel strong, capable and confident again. Not gym-obsessed athletes… but busy adults with jobs, kids, deadlines, stress, hormones, long days and even longer to-do lists.
I started this business because I saw the same pattern over and over: people who wanted to get fitter and healthier, but life kept getting in the way. They weren’t lazy or unmotivated — they just needed structure, support and someone who genuinely understood what juggling real life feels like.
That’s where I come in.
My coaching is honest, simple and human.
No guilt. No judgement. No impossible plans.
Just clarity, consistency and small steps done well.
Over the years I’ve shaped my approach around four key pillars — the foundations that help every client build a stronger body and a healthier life:

Building muscle, improving mobility and becoming physically capable again. Stronger bodies age better, feel better and move better — this is the backbone of all my programming.
2. Health
Not just “fitness” — real health. Energy, hormones, heart health, stress, sleep and lifestyle habits. Training should make your life better, not drain the life out of you.
3. Nutrition
Simple, sustainable habits. No fads, no extremes and no foods you have to fear. I teach you how to fuel your body properly so you look and feel your best without overthinking every meal.
4. Mindset
Because the body only changes when the mind does. Together we build confidence, consistency and belief — turning “I can’t” into “I can” and eventually into “I am.”
