Growing up as an athlete, I have always had a passion for fitness. I participated in various sports such as: baseball, softball, track and field, and played collegiate basketball for 2 years. I have a Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology - option in fitness, actively working as a licensed physical therapist assistant, and current NASM certified personal trainer. The combination of my background of sports and education, I focus to achieve my clients’ goals with proper body mechanics and technique in order to maintain a safe and optimal environment for all.
