I’m Selina Hafner—Exercise Physiologist and Women’s Coaching Specialist.
For a long time, I thought helping people meant pursuing a career in medicine. But I realized I didn't want to just treat illness—I wanted to prevent it. My passion is helping women protect their freedom as they age, focusing on healthspan, not just lifespan.
I hold a B.S. in Exercise Science Kinesiology and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology. As a certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, I bridge the gap between complex science and your daily life, making strength training and health simple and attainable.
I work with the woman who wears many hats—the one who feels like 'nothing fits' or that it’s 'too late' to start. Whether you are navigating Peri, Meno, or Post-menopause, I provide the structure and habit-based coaching you need to feel strong and capable again.
We don't do quick fixes. We build discipline, change mindsets, and create results that last.
