𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗚𝗘𝗧: • Full consultation (Your Transformation Roadmap via Zoom/Skype) • Personalized exercise program tailored to your goals and lifestyle • Video demonstrations of all exercises specified in your personalized program • Accountability (Daily Reminders, Weekly Check-ins, Progress photos) • Education on all aspects of fitness and exercise • Measurable Results • Nutrition guidance and habit support • Access to Trainerize App • 24/7 Support Programs last for a minimum of 4 weeks, which gives enough time for habits to form and results to emerge. Programs are designed and delivered to you monthly via the Trainerize App. The client can cancel at any time by logging into the desktop version of Trainerize, or by notifying the trainer before the end of the current billing cycle. The program will continue to the end of the current billing cycle but will not renew.
