8 sessions per month with weekly nutrition. Daily accountability, habit coaching. Allowed to make up 1 missed session per month- need to do 2 sessions per week with nutrition bundle.

Nutrition coaching for your specific needs. This bundle is geared towards weight loss and or muscle building.
4 training sessions per month. 1 missed session is allowed to be made up per month

12 sessions per month (3 sessions a week). 1 missed session is allowed to be made up per month Nutrition included

For clients that are not local, this will include all exercise programming and nutrition coaching.
