Resistance Training helps clients meet their strength, mobility, and functional fitness goals. With personalized workout plans, nutrition guidance, and unlimited availability and support, Resistance Training is available for hybrid, online, and in person training in weightlifting, yoga, and running. Resistance Training's coach, Linden, is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a 200 hr Certified Yoga Teacher, and a USATF Safe Sport Certified Running Coach.
