About Will

After spending over 20 years in the corporate world, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to balance a demanding career with personal fitness goals.

I’ve faced the same struggles of prioritising health amidst a busy schedule.

This journey led me to embrace a new adventure as a digital nomad, travelling around Australia. Throughout my travels, one constant remained: my commitment to fitness. No matter where I was, staying active became my anchor.

Now, as a personal trainer, I help men in their 30s who want to get fit by 40 and men in their 40s regain their fitness identity and confidence without feeling overwhelmed about where to start, embarrassed for letting themselves go, or guilty for taking time to focus on themselves.
